This morning the phone rang, and it might have been Tabitha, but in my sleepy state I didn't think of that in time to answer it... :/ Ginny called later and I got an afternoon job at a translator's house working on copying a shell book, "How the Jews Live", in Tok Pisin and Tok Ples, into Microsoft Publisher. This evening we made tacos, baked some cookies, and made pizza crusts. Tomorrow, God willing, I get to go ride Scruples and help the girl who's taking care of her, Sarah Grosh, with her riding
. It's chilly tonight. I'm really tired... I'm continuing to work on living in the present instead of worrying about the past or future. It really is a different way to live and drains another kind of energy than I'm used to, but I rather like it. A dog is barking outside. I noticed a bunch of security guards and a dog out patrolling the streets last night. It certainly reminds you where you are.
