Today it rained and we didn't do much. Some men came to talk with Carl about community development and language stuff. The guitar I've been trying to fix turns out to be a classical guitar, and steel strings cause too much tension on it. (I wish I had realized that before I started!) For supper tonight, we had taro, shredded and cooked up like hashbrowns with canned corned beef, onions, and spicy peppers. We also had "pumpkin" (squash/guord) cooked like butternut squash.
